Discover the Barramundi Boomerang, a wooden boomerang with a clean, compact design that is particularly enjoyable to throw.

Easy to handle, it is designed for beginners aged 13 and up and is especially suitable for adults who want to discover boomerang throwing with a simple and reliable model.

Weighing just 40 grams and with a 23.5 cm wingspan, the Barramundi is lightweight and easy to handle.

In suitable conditions, it can travel approximately 25 to 30 metres before returning towards the throwing area.

An easy-to-throw boomerang for beginners

The Barramundi is recommended for beginners aged 13 and up.

Its compact shape also makes it easier to catch when the boomerang returns towards the thrower.

As with any boomerang, however, the quality of the throw depends on several factors: rotation, tilt, direction, throwing power and wind conditions.

When learning, it is better to focus on a smooth and controlled throwing motion rather than immediately trying to achieve maximum distance.

The Barramundi is made from Finnish birch aviation plywood with a walnut veneer.

Wood is a natural and living material, so the shade, grain and colours may vary slightly from one boomerang to another.

Each boomerang therefore has its own unique natural appearance.

The walnut veneer also provides an elegant finish that sets this model apart from plastic boomerangs and purely industrial designs.

Why the name Barramundi?

The name Barramundi comes from an Aboriginal term used in the Rockhampton region of Queensland, Australia.

It refers to a fish known for its large scales.

The choice of this name recalls the Australian origins and cultural world associated with the boomerang.

The Barramundi therefore combines a modern design intended to make throwing easier with an identity inspired by Australia.
