I created this unique model in 1987. One of the first boomerangs in France molded in plastic. Following my meeting with Patrice from LMI & Fox, I proposed him to design an easy boomerang for beginners. Coming from the world of competition, this will be the beginning of a long collaboration that will lead him to discover this community and work with other throwers of the 90s
The little notch at the end of the wing was a way to block the boomerang and give it more rotation when it left my hand. All my competition boomerangs were designed this way.
It was then molded in different materials, such as phosphorescent, carbon, and different colored plastics.
The plastic model goes for about 30 meters, the carbon one can go up to 40 meters.
For a correct use of this object, choose a large grassy or sandy area, clear of trees, building and people. Throw in the middle of this area with twice the area of the boomerang's range (Park or soccer field, football field).
Do not throw in winds stronger than 5 miles per hour ( 10 km per hour) until you learn how to control your boomerang in light breezes.
The boomerang does not need any particular care. It can be used even during wet conditions, also this material floats over the surface of the water.
